SparkLight Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates FeedMate, an AI-powered RSS reader and personalized news briefing service (“Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information.

Paid subscriptions are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store complete payment card details, but processors may collect billing information on our behalf.

Data is stored and processed in the United States using infrastructure hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may use essential service providers (such as hosting or payment processors) necessary to operate FeedMate.

We retain account information, RSS settings, and usage logs while your account remains active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize associated data within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure; please protect your credentials.
8. Your Choices
- Update or delete feeds and preferences via the app.
- Cancel your subscription at any time (see Terms of Service for billing specifics).
- Request account deletion by emailing contact@sparklight.ai. We currently do not provide automated GDPR/CCPA request portals.
9. Children
FeedMate is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will post the revised policy with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect indicates acceptance.
